Which Webflow plan do I need?
Webflow needs a paid site plan for custom code. Paste the code into Site settings → Custom code, then publish.
Will it slow down my Webflow site?
No. The chat is a small script (about 13 KB) that loads after the rest of your page, so your pages appear just as fast.
Do I need a developer?
No. You copy one line of code from Chatloom and paste it into Webflow following the steps above. It takes a few minutes, and you can email the code to whoever looks after your site instead.
How much does it cost?
There's a free plan to start. Paid plans are $19 or $49 a month, or pay yearly and get 2 months free. No setup fees, and you can cancel any time.
