Does it really answer in Arabic?
Yes. Visitors can write in Arabic and Chatloom replies in Arabic, even when your website is only in English. The chat window itself is available in Arabic too, laid out right to left, as well as Urdu and 10 other languages.
Can customers reach us on WhatsApp?
Yes. When a customer asks for a person, or the chatbot isn't sure, Chatloom offers your WhatsApp, phone, email or live chat. WhatsApp opens with their question already filled in.
How much does it cost?
There's a free plan to start. Paid plans are $19 (about AED 70) or $49 (about AED 180) a month, billed in US dollars by card, or pay yearly and get 2 months free. No setup fees, and you can cancel any time.
Where is our data stored?
Chatloom is made in the UAE, and its servers are run by our hosting provider in the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement list every provider and how transfers are protected.
